In my Research Assistant position, I conduct investigations and experimentations on different psychological topics using a variety of methods. In my leadership position as Lab Manager, I serve to help my fellow lab members' success in their research and improve the HEART lab work environment and community.

Management Responsibilities: file intake and organization, ensure safety and proper protocols, maintain cleanliness and cooperation, aid in the communication between the HEART lab and other entities, strategically plan and run lab events and meetings, Delegate tasks, and orchestrate online media updates and advertisement on several different platforms.
