I bring a strong background in public service, retail leadership, and hospitality, with experience across government, food service, and customer-focused environments. As a Senate Page and a three-time Summer Fellow in the Rhode Island House of Representatives’ Office of Constituent Services, I supported legislative operations and assisted with confidential constituent casework, developing a strong foundation in handling sensitive data and government procedures. In the private sector, I served as a trusted Key Holder at Francesca’s Boutique, where I managed opening and closing procedures, supervised staff, and ensured smooth store operations. My earlier roles at Angelo’s Palace Pizza and Kay’s Family Restaurant honed my ability to work efficiently under pressure while providing excellent customer service. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office, case management systems, and online research tools. Across all roles, I have demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and strong communication skills in fast-paced, high-responsibility settings.
As a summer fellow for the years of 2023, 2024 and 2025 at The State of Rhode Island's House of Representatives Constituent Servies office, I assist legislative staff in responding to both the needs and concerns of constituents throughout the state. I handled incoming calls and correspondence, assisted with casework involving state agencies, and maintained accurate records in constituent databases. I helped prepare materials for legislative events, and ensured timely follow-up on constituent issues. This role strengthened my ability to analyze sensitive and confidential data, improved my communication skills, problem-solving skills, and public service skills while deepening my understanding of state government operations.
During the legislative sessions of 2023 and 2024 which spanned from January to June of each year, I assisted in the legislative process by assisting senators and their staff with day to day operations. I delivered messages, bills, and documents between offices, committee rooms, and the Senate chamber. I prepared the chamber for sessions and distributed official and sensitive materials. I also performed clerical tasks these would include sorting mail, making copies, and running errands for staff. My role as a senate page required professionalism, punctuality, and discretion in a fast-paced government environment. My particular experience as a senate page strengthened my understanding of legislative procedures and public service.
