- Complete assigning cases and support the team
- Accurately assign a minimum 35 cases a day in Salesforce
- Create a new case and assign it to the assignment list provided by the amendment team.
Critical/Blocker Case Management
- Accurately validate the notice and assign them to correct pod or specialist within 15 min.
- Email the specialist about the critical and blocker cases after creating the case.
POA/TPA Handling
- Prepare POAs as requested by various clients.
- Collaborate with agencies to resolve POA/TPA issues.
- Address tasks from different departments to resolve POA/TPA matters.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of POAs for companies.
- Create cases to request client signatures on POA's.
Support for Training and Special Projects
- Participate actively in training sessions and weekly huddles, including TaxEx, SF, Kofax, OSV online learning, and all employee engagement events.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the resolution of client support issues.
