• Developed a project template and readiness instructions, reducing micro-service development time from 4 weeks to 1 week; adopted by over 80 services for deployment with monitoring and alerting.
• Managed on-call duties, resolving critical incidents and fixing a major service design flaw exposed by high volume.
• Implemented one-click deployment for dedicated Kafka instances in private networks, enhancing customer experience.
• Built a micro-service for audit log collection, filtering, aggregation, and distribution across products.
• Upgraded all Golang services company-wide from Sarama to confluent-kafka-go Kafka client.

• Developed backend module for Nutanix Platform’s real-time disaster recovery, enabling third-party integration using Spring, HTTPS, RPCs with protobufs, and RESTful services.
