- Taking prospective buyers through the model center, touring the area, community, and showing off the extensive amenities, including a clubhouse that can hold 450 people at one time, and our sports complex, we have activities to accommodate anyone.
- My objective is to get them to be part of The Preserve Family.

- Company Overview: Inverness Community is a 517 Home Site All Family Land Lease Manufactured Home Community.
- Inverness Homes owns approximately 80 homes in a Lease with Option to Purchase contract, in 2016 we began selling our used homes, began pulling in new homes, ending our Lease w/Option program.
- My responsibilities for day to day operations include resident relations, to include site inspections, rent collection, rules and regulations violations, court processes, home site leasing, home building/decorating/sales, overseeing maintenance procedures, dealing with numerous contractors/vendors, among many other positions it takes to keep our community running smooth.
