Recovery Navigator
2 Years 10 Months- Recovery Navigator Program - Provide outreach, engagement , and intensive case management services to individuals who have been referred by law enforcement, community based organizations, emergency medical services, or anyone who may come in contact with an individual who could benefit from compassionate support.
- Provide advocacy and support for participants within the criminal justice system including court appearances and communication with defense attorneys.

- Assess clients' individual strengths and needs, facilitate/coordinate multiple services including health insurance, food and cash benefits, medical and psychiatric care, and other basic personal needs.
- Provide emotional and informational support at court hearings. Present clients' program compliance to attorneys and court officials.
- Maintained detailed case notes and documentation, ensuring accurate records of client interactions and progress towards goals.
- Provided crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring the safety of both the client and others involved in critical situations.
Peer Support Specialist
1 Year 8 Months- IRT - Intensive Residential Treatment. Assisted clients transitioning from long term treatment at Western State Hospital to Adult Family Homes or Assisted Living Facilities.
