• Working in an Agile Methodology platform, provided and delivered implementation of business solutions by identifying business needs/requirements and carrying out necessary practices and processes. Initiatives to date: Customer Order Hub enhancements, DTG2GO, DropShip and DSCO, additional Carriers and Carrier Services in Sterling. Creating User Stories, Backlog Grooming sessions, and created Wiki links with detail for supporting Stories and starting to leverage MIRO - online whiteboard platform for Project business requirements.

IT Technology - Distribution Center System Support

• Monitored project progress by tracking activities and publishing progress reports.
• Improved systems by studying current practices and recommending modifications to WM software - Manhattan Associates.
• Developed flowcharts and diagrams to describe current operational steps/flows.
• Troubleshot incidents reported by end-users to schedule system changes and identify permanent solutions.
• Assisted in implementing any code changes for warehousing system efficiencies or on-boarding new carriers.
• Project involvement: Warehouse Upgrades on iSeries platforms, new warehouse start up and iSeries partition migrations, DTC warehouse processing design implementations.

• First Outside GL hired at AE. Oversaw each processing area of the warehouse. Joined the team to bring in a warehouse management system. Participated in design, development, testing, change management, implementation and support.
