Customer Ownership & Relationship Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for administrators, teachers, parents, and district leadership regarding student records, scheduling, enrollment, and compliance.
- Resolve escalated concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through.
- Build long-term trust with families and staff by proactively identifying needs and offering solutions.
SIS Management & Adoption
- Daily administrator and power user of district Student Information System (attendance, scheduling, reporting, data accuracy).
- Train teachers and staff on system updates, data entry processes, and new feature rollouts.
- Create internal guides and documentation to improve system adoption and reduce user errors.
- Partner with district IT and SIS vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate reports for enrollment trends, attendance patterns, state compliance, and administrative decision-making.
- Maintain high data accuracy standards and ensure compliance with district and state requirements.
- Utilize Excel to analyze trends and streamline reporting processes.
Project & Initiative Support
- Coordinate district initiatives including enrollment drives, state testing cycles, scheduling transitions, and new program rollouts.
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously during peak school-year periods.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles with leadership by providing operational insight.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist with parent information sessions, district meetings, and community outreach events.
- Support administrators in presenting new initiatives and operational updates.
- Act as liaison between families, teachers, and district leadership to ensure alignment.
