My goal is to work in the field of Customer Service focusing on my skills that I obtained through my education and work experience in Customer Service, receptionist, and administrative assistant. I am also experienced in various Microsoft applications and internal company software. I love working with customers in person as well as over the phone through remote work from home and in person. I have had mostly contract work as a single parent it allowed me to work and sucessfully raise my childeren as well one of whom was Autistic. So it allowed me to be flexible to help him be a very smart and intellegent child as and flourish alongside of my other child.
