Leader In Me leadership development

Stephen Covey developed a program to be implemented in four stages within a school environment to help build leadership skills and boost student engagement and learning. I helped lead a book study to bring the program to Sunrise Elementary School. Sunrise Elementary is a Leader In Me school and was working toward Lighthouse status to be a model for other schools to follow.
