Provide clerical support and assistance to the Agency and provide customer service in person with internal and external customers
Routine clerical duties, such as: data entry, paper document filing, electronic document filing, stuffing correspondence, tracking reports, categorizing documents, and organizing paper.
Retrieve necessary information and enter data into several different computer programs and database systems
Provide Spanish/English interpretation if proficient in both languages
Ability to learn and apply new computer skills on a regular basis, and knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to read and interpret documents

Gain general knowledge to provide responses to customer questions at various customer facing DHS operations
Assist clients with copying documents in our self-service room
Retrieve, sort, date stamp paperwork throughout the day
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
