Currently a Director of night operations at Chick-Fil-A, Fundamentally responsible for the business running smoothly. Chick-Fil-A gave me the opportunity to attend ASCEND. It was a Nationwide event where leaders all over the United States showed up and represented their Chick-Fil-A. Not only for representation, but we learned Leadership, Customer Service Skills and the foundation of Chick-Fil-A. Helped small businesses begin their restaurant, taught them some customer service capability and marketing.
