While being in the position i've been in for the last couple of years I have ran into many different situations and have always had to solve each confrontation. At Nissan of Clearwater we had something called Customer Satisfaction Index and I was ranked 1 in our district of the tampa area. I was 20th in the Southeasts Region and 108th in the entire country. I was averaging a 980+/- out of 1000. I ensure that I am on the winning side and I overcome any challenge that comes my direction because I have to. I have to build a clientele and learn how to essentially run my own business, while finding a balance with the customer retention so they will come back. Alex Karras Lincoln is a much higher end clientele so I had to transfer over and learn how to improve my skills and raise the bar to a much higher standard than before. They don't track ranks like Nissan does but I normally Average a 4.85+ (out of 5.0)
