Managed variety of mods that include, but not limited to; funding, PoP extensions, administrative, and definitization. Maintained digital contractual files, ensuring compliance with regulatory mandates and company policy. Negotiated optimal contract terms and conditions to lessen business risk and maximize financial objectives. Priced multiple programs, the largest being worth $45m.

Communication: Worked with IPT consisting of program managers, logistics, configuration mangers, contracting, and engineers. Maintained effective and lasting vendor relationships through dynamic communication, collaboration, and intelligent questioning skills. Wrote 30+ PCOLs that tactfully represented CO's concerns. Created and prepared specific contracts to present to senior management.

General Contracting Skills:

Managed full procurement cycle by planning, reviewing, soliciting, awarding, administering and closing out contract to achieve seamless transition at all levels of procurement. Managed high-value contracts portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with prime contractors and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
