With over 25 years of entrepreneurial and marketing experience, I have learned the critical importance of true omnichannel marketing - the various levers that must be adjusted to provide each customer with a relevant and authentic user experience based on where they are on their journey toward a final purchasing decision. Whether as the owner and Chief Operator for over two decades of a full services salon and day spa, an entrepreneur in the broadcast industry or as an account executive with the automotive industry, I have been grateful for the opportunity to leverage a deep understanding and passion for marketing. Where brick-and-mortar storefronts were once the interface between customer and value-based offer, today, there is a stronger tie to the role digital marketing plays more than ever. My digital experience has provided clients with strong marketing programs and results. The goal remains the same: to create opportunities - for business and most importantly, for satisfied customers. It is more important than ever that "subject matter expertise" expands beyond just vertical marketing. It is critical to think horizontally, as well.
