Long Tran

I started off as barista, food runner, and busser for the first 5 months. I trained to be a barista and the duty is prepping the drinks every shifts and make the drinks. After a few months, I moved out to be a food runner and the duty is to know the menu and the ingredients. At the same, I was a busser as well and the duty is cleaning the tables. After 5-6 months I got promoted to be a Server and the duty is serving the customers. After another 6-7 months I got offered to be a Lead Server and the duty is serving and responsible for closing and opening.

This is a boba store, My duties are opening and closing the shifts. Opening, I usually set-up, cut the fruits, cook the tea and the boba. My main duty is making the drinks and help out the others because I'm usually working with two people. Closing, I usually have to close and deep clean the store.
