As Merchandising Supervisor I am the expert in merchandising and leading associates to deliver excellent customer service through sales floor merchandising, pricing, and recovery. I maintain a well recovered selling floor where product is displayed in a manner that is clear, easy to understand and compelling to the customer. I coach, teach and train associates to accurately and efficiently execute company merchandising standers. I am a team leader in all price changing in the store. I am a Key holder to the store and my responsibilities include opening and closing of the store processes and providing directions to the associates.
