· Assist Mandatory Trade Desk team to support trading and pipeline management challenges for over 500 approved Correspondent clients

Introduce various pipeline tools including transactions or a combination of transactions such as swaps, rolls and blends to assist clients in managing their pipeline.

· Used 3rd party data feeds and in house software tools to derive pricing for individual mortgage loans based on specific loan data. Pricing was then offered to clients. This allowed loans to be purchased and pooled for sale on the secondary market.

· Daily phone conversations with clients to provide pricing on new commitments and assist in repricing existing commitments.
