I've traveled to multiple CTDI facilities over my 27 years employed here, to correct and develop strong inventory procedure's and maintain accuracy.

• Recorded information, shortages and discrepancies to keep records current and accurate.
• Labeled, organized and located inventory items in staging areas or on shelves according to quantity, size or type of material.
• Strengthened inventory processes to balance supply needs with budget and space limitations.
• Collaborated with purchasing and production to maintain levels of quality and on-hand inventory.

I was in charge of the Verizon PICS inventory since acquiring the contract in 2005. I was responsible for the yearly Annual Physical Inventory, consisting of 80 employees and 800K units totaling 400 Million dollars, as well as the day to day logistics operation.
