  • The time I worked as a school Bus Monitor I learned a lot about how to deal with kids with disabilities since the kids that were assigned to me were diagnosed with those conditions.
  • Some of my duties included going to the parents door to receive the children and taking them to the bus. I had to make sure the kid was safe before heading to school by adjusting the seat belt and not letting the kid distract the bus driver.

  • In this Particular position I always had to arrive wearing winter clothing since the place was very cold and we had to spend most of the shift dealing with food recipes that needed to be delivered as fresh as possible.
  • My duties included making the recipes that were assigned at the moment by looking at the pictures that the supervisor provided to us. The teamwork was key in this position because there were many orders to be made and we also had to pack them properly.

  • When I worked at this company I was on the Verizon project, in which we made sure to help new customers choose the plan that best suited them and we made sure their service was working perfectly.
  • This project helped me a lot to develop my technical support area since many people called because they did not even know how to use their phones and we had to guide them to the correct process to either activate their chips or send signals to the phones so that they work properly.
  • As in other projects, this project required us to meet certain standards and a certain number of sales so as not to harm the team. This project included surveys at the end of each call, which motivated us more to do a better job.

  • I worked in the Comcast Project in the customer security assurance area, we made sure to inform customers about the status of their account by informing them if the account was compromised or not.
  • We also specialized in letting people know if they had any copyright infringement and we helped them remove the alert if possible. Another thing with which we helped clients was to protect their accounts, either by offering them some account protection products or by giving them the steps to take so that their account is not compromised again.
  • We attended many areas of account care as I explained above and one of those areas was emails. Many of our clients were cornflowers who could not find their emails and we helped them clean their inbox and find lost emails and facilitate their understanding.
  • This project was very much based on numbers. We had goals to meet at the end of the month such as having a certain number of calls, time in calls, sales and waiting time. We had to meet a standard so as not to harm the team.
