- Focus on each customer's expectation internal and external
- Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work as Lead with Order Processing team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Verify USS1 orders to ensure proper billing codes/service levels were requested in order to keep in sync with billing/invoice schedule
- Communication with Station Service /Internal Customer Service on any pending and/or urgent issues that may cause call
- Create and submit necessary Credit Memo Request documentation and report all client discrepancy report
