⦁ Perform thorough receiving inspection of aircraft
⦁ Calculate and map repairs with proper metal and fasteners
⦁ Navigate drawings to perform maintenance
⦁ Maintain clean, organized and FOD free work environment

• Consult with customers and use exceptional customer service to take orders and educate on florals for customer satisfaction for life events i.e funerals weddings etc
• Set up florals and sets for events and essential functions at prestigious events worth up to $10k +
• Design quickly and efficiently to ensure orders are completed before the time of delivery

• Assist General Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly planning of budgets, and company-set deadlines in a $14M/year store
• Manage staff of 115+ people
• Prioritize customer experience and manage all staff to ensure customer satisfaction with every store visit
• Manage payroll per needs of the business per company set payroll budget

• Have product knowledge and sales to make in-the-moment decisions in departments worth 14% of store sales
• Train teams of up to 45 people to meet goals and standards set by the company
• Provide excellent customer service with solutions only for the customers

• Consult with a luxury customer base and customer service as priority for important life events such as funerals, weddings, business functions etc
• Customer Service on the phone and in person
• Provide solutions for customers to provide florals immediately when needed

• Manage the receiving of shipment and merchandising as needed to place products out
• Manage the teams signing the store for promotions and executing markdowns for clearance items and susceptible products
