Dynamic Training and Scheduling Specialist at Vietnam Airlines, I committed to continuous improvement, I fostered a culture of knowledge sharing among over thousands of flight attendants. Everyday, I created, maintained and adjusted flight journey then set up the schedule for the majority of flight attendants in Vietnam as well as fixed all the problems so that everything operated well and smoothly along with my role as Training Specialist. For training program, I enhanced employee performance through innovative training programs from basic to advanced and optimized resource allocation. My expertise in analytical thinking and coaching led to streamlined onboarding processes, significantly reducing training time while ensuring quality.
