I started my nursing career has an LPN in 2009, where I worked approximately 10 years on the rehab hall in long term care. I then pursued an RN Associates Degree Applied Science to learn to care for patients in a more in depth manner. Since becoming an RN I have worked in long term care and hospice care and have held several leadership positions along the way. Patient care, educating others, and managing day to day quality of life remains at the center of all that I do for my patients and their families. I strive to learn and grow each day in all that I do.
