Lucille (Lucy) Yearout

I am currently a host at fogo de Chão but I am looking for a new job. I work 7 days a week when at work these are the things I know how to do and that are in my current job description. I use open table to plan my restaurants seating for reservations I can be great when it comes to customer service and helping unhappy customers I am very good at multitasking so at work people will catch me taking care of many things at once, I show customers to there tables I am very good at making small talk with guests, I do a lot of cleaning I know how to both open and close my host stand making sure I have checked off every task and I can be a helpful hand for servers.

Fresh n funky at the heist was my job before getting hired at fogo de Chão, fresh n funky is a smash burger food cart, while working at this job I would mostly take customers orders at the window but sometimes I would also help prepare and cook the food for customers. I used a pos system to print orders and hang the tickets above the grill for the cook or myself to see. We also had buzzers so when the food was ready for the customers we could let them know their food was ready easier while they go explore the food cart pod or get a drink at the bar. I also would both open and close the food cart while checking off every task.
