• DGD4 Launch Leadership: Played a pivotal role in launching DGD4 in Zapopan, Jalisco—the fourth delivery station in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area. This 7,550 square meter facility was designed to drive world-class safety, engagement, quality, productivity, and leadership development. I successfully supported the ramp-up operations while simultaneously investigating capacity challenges, ensuring a smooth transition to full operational capacity. Additionally, I led the launch of the VXK9 SDD (Same-Day Delivery) node at DGD4, expanding our service capabilities and enhancing customer delivery speed.
• Environmental Excellence: Contributed to DGD3 earning the prestigious Environmental Commitment certification from SEMADET's Voluntary Environmental Compliance Program (PCAV)—making it the first delivery station worldwide to achieve this recognition. After a rigorous two-day audit and verification visit, we achieved zero non-compliances, demonstrating sustained commitment to environmental excellence through our Environmental Management System. This 2-year certification validates our dedication to exceeding federal, state, and local environmental standards.
