Hello, I'm Lu, a young man who is fueled by my desire to continuously improve myself and uplift those around me through education and practical experience. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, I've embarked on a journey that seamlessly blends my love for sports with a profound understanding of the mind-body connection in reaching optimal performance levels. My academic pursuit wasn't without its challenges, but it was my unwavering passion for sports that guided me through. Throughout my degree, I delved into the intricate relationship between psychology, biomechanics, athletic training, and athletic performance, gaining insights into the holistic approach required for success in sports. This journey culminated into a valuable internship with the San Diego Padres as a Sports Science Intern, where I had the privilege of learning firsthand the pressures professional athletes face and the dedication required to excel at the highest level from everyone who is apart of the staff. I am currently enrolled in a master's program at California Baptist University, I'm committed to furthering my expertise in sports science and actively seek to expand my knowledge as well as skill set to better serve athletes and the sporting community. Driven by determination and an insatiable thirst for growth, I embrace challenges as opportunities for learning and improvement.
