FEHRM CTO, Partner Integration
- Supports the Director of Partner Technical Integration with overseeing five separate divisions (Cybersecurity, Operations Support, On Site Device Liaison, Infrastructure and Test Team, and System Interfaces) within the Federal Electronic Health Record Modernization (FEHRM) Chief Technical Office.
- Supports special and strategic assignments across DHMSM and FEHRM.
- Attends daily enterprise-level Go-Live meetings, proactively identifies workstream gaps, and synchronizes with key stakeholders for solution driven strategies.
- Prepares daily Executive Summaries for leadership and coordinates the application of lessons learned to future FHCC related site activity.
- Assisted with the creation and mainstream of directorate artifacts such as the CTO Project Handbook which details all key work meetings, value streams, and objectives, as well as Power BI related to identifying site ticket data and trends for appropriate response protocols.
- Collects, stores, and organizes all records and documents related to FEHRM CTO, Partner Integration activities and processes.
- Supports Risk Management by way of the Risk Board and coordinates the collection and sharing of current risks and issues related to project development/outcomes.
- Coordinates check-in processes for FEHRM CTO, Partner Integration teams and facilitates the development of strategy, value-driven working meetings, and business opportunities with relevant organizations (i.e.-EHRM-IO, FHCC Joint Sharing Sites, and DHMSM).
- Coordinates with workstream leads and updates content for all FEHRM CTO, Partner Integration routine syncs with leadership including FEHRM CTO All-Hands, On-site Conference briefings, and CTO Government Leads Sync.
- Leads FHCC Technical Sub Working Group meetings, identifying key action items, records, and distributes minutes, and disseminates relevant content to identified groups and workstreams.
- Attends quarterly on-site conferences in Washington, DC with CTO leadership and personnel in efforts to promote work sharing initiatives, build partnerships, and identify gaps for improvement and efficiency.
- Promotes knowledge sharing among team members through regular training sessions and workshops focused on best practices in project management.
- Tracks workstream progress against CTO, Partner Integration objectives and goals to ensure a cohesive alignment with FEHRM, VA, and DoD.
- Spearheads change management efforts by effectively communicating the rationale behind proposed changes, addressing concerns, and driving team members toward a shared vision of success.
- Promotes knowledge sharing and collaboration among workstream groups and platforms to prioritize and implement key initiatives and project outcomes.
HealtheIntent Data Platform
· Facilitated project meeting agendas, key working group meetings, action items, and key weekly touch points to inform stakeholders, including senior leadership, on key updates, successes, and blockers for HealtheIntent Data platform operations as it relates to the deployment of MHS GENESIS.
· Facilitated efforts with Department of Defense and the U.S Department of Veteran Affairs to formulate ILER (Individual Longitudinal Exposure Record) as an integral part of medical history for each service member and future Veteran.
· Created and maintained project management plans, organizational chart, and identified the appropriate POCs for allocated duties across the agency.
· Assisted in the breakthrough initiative for Data Management and Data Ingestion Methodology, allowing for the extraction of legacy data for over 5000 patient records.
· Coordinated the successful implementation of EHR products in collaboration with Leidos Partnership and relevant vendors.
· Created and presented project status, issues, and decision briefs to senior program leadership, either through ad-hoc or existing meetings such as the DHMSM All Hands, Program Control integrated product team (IPT), DHMSM EHR solution vendor Deployment Sync, and Senior Stakeholder Group (SSG).
· Identified potential project costs, schedules, and performance risks or issues, and create/management of mitigation plans on a bi-weekly basis.
· Attended quarterly on-site conference meetings in Washington, DC with leadership to identify potential value streams and optimize outcomes for government programs.
