I currently work back office taking patients vitals, rooming patients and documenting. I also assist the provider with anything needed. I perform injections, electrocardiogram, send specimens out when needed.

I also work referral coordinator I submit referrals for patients through epic carelink, carelon, tricare insurances. I have experience with referrals for different insurances as well.

I also assist with front office, I check patients in take copays and patients payments. I verify patient information, verify eligibility.
