I believe that being raised in a primarily customer service based setting has had a large influence on me in regards to a professional setting. From the age of five years old I have been interacting with customers in a one-on-one setting, and I believe that has greatly attributed to my people skills. Being around people and having personable interactions with customers has always been, and will continue to be, important to me in a job setting. I strive to continue to grow, learn, and thrive, in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Helped with social outreach programs to further spread our name and influence in the community
  • Responded to customer inquiries regarding new accounts and account services.
  • Took part in the merger of Citizen's Bank & Trust and Southern Bank, completely altering the way we functioned as a bank (for the better)
  • Worked on the teller line, performing every day tasks such as customer transactions and the occasional side task given to me by our manager.

  • Worked with my parents in their various entrepreneurial gift shops/restaurants since the time I was old enough to run a cash register (which happened when I was five)
  • As soon as I was able to be of help, I was pricing new merchandise and helping find ways to display things
  • When my mom opened her restaurant, I helped in the kitchen preparing and serving meals, and even after hours by helping with cooking classes and meal preparation workshops
  • All of this lead to me helping in my father's antique shop, helping him research "new" merchandise and finding the best price for things that may seem useless to some, and priceless to others.
