I'm a excellent motivational leader who successfully communicates duties and tasks. I always been dedicated to providing highest standard of service and creating warm and welcoming environment for customers and employees. I strongly believe in leading by example in everything I do or at least try to, growing up I always watched either my parents or aunts make it happen no matter the circumstances and in that helped me learn a lot. At a early age many tasks helped me develop problem solving skills, de-escalation , detail cleaning, multi-tasking, heavy and light lifting of any type. I learned how to landscape through my grandfather and father, they taught me how to maintain not only housework but myself as a person. "If you do it right the first time you won't have to do it again" that sentence alone helped me in school, work and in life.
