As a confident worker with a history in customer service and payment collection at previous jobs such as Hickory Log and Stafford-Leavitt Insurance, I have learned how to possess leadership in the workplace and adapt quickly. While growing more poised in the service industry, I have learned to thrive through helping others- whether that be answering a customers question about a menu item, or helping agents with processing accounts. Enhancing my communication skills with co-workers as well as customers has become something I have taken pride in over the years.
