My work history has proven and improved the ways I am able to manage time, take leadership roles, be creative, and act efficiently and quickly. I started my work life at age 16, working part time between Chick-fil-a and Target both companies I walked into an interview and walked out of the same interview with the job. I started my full time career in hospitality at age 17 while still being a full time student in high school. I have reached and achieved skills levels that the vast majority of people in my age range have not yet reached. In the year that I have been with marriott I have been awarded with the starts of excellence award; an award given to outstanding individuals from the General Manger of the Swan, Dolphin, and Swan Reserve properties, among countless guest and management compliments. Over all you can describe me as a hard working and dedicated employee.
