I've been employed at Emler Swim School for four years and during this time I have completed all the in-water training required in order to teach students of any age and/or ability. Following this training, I was promoted to Deck Manager, completed all customer service training requirements and subsequently was promoted to Master Level Teacher. During my time as a Team Manager at The Woodlands locations, I have received numerous manager evaluations from the team and have consistently scored above 90%. Extra duties I have undertaken include developing and implementing weekly/monthly schedules, monitoring Emler procedures and documents in order to help uphold company standards.

• Facilitated in water training to all staff members.
• Constant feedback to staff and families, to ensure the development and enhancement of all staff members. Maintaining strong relationships with families and students ensured open communication in all feedback given and received on progress, skills and success for each student.
• I have ensured that all policies and procedures promoting to safety in and around the water, such as leading lifeguard meetings, emergency action plans and ensuring every instructor is following all safety protocols.
• Conducted daily pool maintenance, including testing and adjusting chemical levels.

• Provided swimming instruction to individuals and groups of all ages.
• Organized lesson plans according to the individual needs of students.
• Ensured that swimmers followed pool rules and regulations at all times.
• Encouraged swimmers to progress through drills while providing positive feedback on their performance.
• Communicated regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress in swimming lessons.
• Inspected pool for cleanliness before lessons and reported unsanitary conditions.
• Built and established lasting relationships using encouragement and personal support.
