Macy Brown

Throughout the school year, I am employed as an Assistant Site Director for the Hillsboro Elementary School Excellence program. Excellence is an after school program that is learning based. As an Assistant Site Director, my responsibilities include creating a safe learning environment to children to meet their needs, logging student attendance, and working as a front desk secretary.

During the Summer of 2021 I worked as a Site Director for the Summer Extended School Program in Coffee County. I also worked as the Site Director for the Hillsboro Elementary Extended School Program for the months prior. Where I was responsible for the care and safety of approximately 75 students. My job included preparing daily activities that were interesting and fun for kindergarten-fifth grade children and I was responsible for overseeing their field trips. My responsibilities also included collecting money for the children's weekly care as well as their activities. I logged attendance for the children as well as ensuring that each child's records were complete.
