Maddisen Quintanilla

I want to work at Walmart because I really enjoy shopping there and I like the environment. I think working at Walmart would be a great opportunity for me to gain my first formal job experience, meet new people, and become more independent. I am interested in the Online Pickup position because I like staying organized, working quickly, and helping people get what they need. I would describe myself as outgoing, friendly, and very talkative. I have good communication skills and I am comfortable talking to customers and helping them when they need it. I also work well with others and enjoy being part of a team. I am responsible and dependable, and I make sure to get my work done on time without complaining. I try to work efficiently, stay focused, and get things done quickly while still doing my best. I also learn new things very quickly and am always willing to learn something new. I am good at staying organized and managing my time, especially when I have multiple things to get done. Even though I have not had a formal job before, I am excited to learn and gain real work experience. By working at Walmart, I hope to become more independent, earn my own money, meet new people, and gain skills that will help me in the future. I am ready to work hard, learn from others, and be a positive and dependable part of the Walmart team.
