-Training new hires the correct, and efficient way of completing day to day tasks.

-Understanding division of labor for tasks, and labor costs.

-Customer service skills, and showing well kept composure through all situations.

-Maintaining communication throughout the work environment.

-Keeping work environment safe, clean, and well maintained.

-Understanding chain of command and following orders given by superiors.

-Helping to coordinate and/or cover shift swaps, call-offs, and no-call no-show's.

-Efficiently managing low stock.

-Motivating co-workers by demonstrating a strong work ethic and creating a fun yet efficient and functioning work environment

-Communicated with team to ensure getting the task done efficiently.

-8-12 hour work days of repetitive stacking, and wrapping

-Stacking 40-50LB bales of straw on a pallet, and saran wrapping them to get them sale ready.

-Following correct safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

-Completing independent tasks that were foreign to me correctly.

-Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
