Shift leader at HotHead Burrito. I like to believe i create a work environment that my co-workers can enjoy coming into and working in. I got the promotion to manager around my year mark and shortly after i turned 17 making me the youngest manager and one of the fastest promoted. I strive to do my tasks to the best of my ability, and learn new tasks at every chance I get. I understand division of labor and being on shift short staffed and making do with what is set in front of me. I can keep my composure in stressful work environments and help my co-workers and help customer inquiries to the best of my ability. My ability to lift heavy loads and maintain endurance during such is up to par. I have been a volunteer firefighter for Mendon Union Fire Department for 4 years now which has also given me abilities to work under the stressful work environments and complete rigorous tasks without second thought or hesitation if needed.
