Working as a hostess multiple times throughout the last 4 years, I've learned great customer service skills. I've learned how to keep track of a waitlist on a busy night, meet customers with a welcoming and confident attitude, and be knowledgeable about the restaurant and menu in order to give the customer the best experience I can. While working at Mellow Mushroom, I trained each host that got hired after me and was able to create a group of hosts that all felt confident in the ability to achieve great customer service.

While working as an event server I was able to gain confidence with customers while taking orders, as well as the ability to reference my memory when asked about the menu.
