I have gained an extensive amount of knowledge from six years in retail, four years in college, and traveling abroad. All of these experiences are beneficial to my employer. I can engage with all types of people, make them feel comfortable, and help them with their needs. I am looking for an opportunity where I will be able to continue to work on, and improve, these skills. I want to find a setting that is right for me, and that will give me skills I can obtain and build on for my intended long-term career. My desire to work in the library setting comes from my own passion and drive, as well as my commitment to preserving materials for the public's use.
