In the short time that I was at Mutual Aid while I studied for my insurance test I also obtained lots of information/training on how to perform tasks such as gathering information from clients, maintaining insurance records, preparing documentation, handling mail and correspondence, calculating insurance premiums and awards, and recommending claim actions. I sadly did not pass my insurance test within the time (45 days) that I had to obtain my license so I was not able to move forward.
