  • I took over a location that was considered one of our companies worst
  • I had been with the company for 4 years at the point of me beginning the position, and although I was very new to the position… I was determined to hit goals and make a change
  • In 2022, I won the Rookie Of The Year award for my significant improvements to my location
  • I also became a certified training store, which is very hard to accomplish
  • My location also got a 100% on our FSA (Food Safety Assessment) inspection my first year as GM, which is the first time that has happened in that location
  • Managed store operations effectively, ensuring optimal customer service and satisfaction levels.
  • Oversaw inventory management, maintaining appropriate stock levels while minimizing waste and shrinkage.
  • Conducted regular performance evaluations of staff members, identifying opportunities for professional development and growth.
