As a Market Lead I was in charge of overseeing four stores with a yearly sales volume of $300k-$500k each. Responsible for meeting sales goals and KPI’s. Some achievements include: Increasing transaction count, increasing sales volume and properly staffing each location.
As a General Manager II was able to increase conversion from 33% to 70% in 7 months. Coached and devloped new staff, including Retail Supervisor. I had the opportunity to lead a team of 11 Associates including lab technicians with success and with a sales volume of $2.7 Million dollars.
In the year 2016 we exceeded Visionworks standards by exceeding sales goals and KPI's.
As one of the territory's Mentor Managers, I contributed by hiring, training and developing for other stores. I supported my territory in the absence of our Territory Director and I was able to help and support new GMs as well as learn from my supervisors and peers.
As a Store Manager and Certified Optician I was able to assist patients with their eyewear needs, assist the doctor with pre-testing and contact lenses. I was in charge of sales and sales plans. Supervised 2 associates. Responsible for billing and insurance such as Eyemed, Davis Vision, VSP among others.
At Lenscrafters I contributed to my store sales growth with an increase of $2 Million dollars in 3 years, going from $4 Million YTD sales to $6 Million dollars.
I was in charge of supervising, coaching and developing 40 associates including 3 ODs and a full lab.
In September, 2006 we held a sales record by achieving $140,000 dollars in one week.
In the years 2007 and 2008 my store received the award for best customer service at the Luxottica Summit over 3,000 other stores.
