  • While learning more about the operation I saw some opportunities in the warehouse to save money, maximize the customers profit, and clean out the warehouse through consolidation with partial pallets that were sitting and expiring.
  • Drove OMS as the Champion from day one, being the first site in NORAM to do so and confirming Gate 1 in January 2024, and Gate 2 in March 2024. Awaiting Gate 3 confirmation when OE team has availability.
  • Drove CI through the start up, and utilizing OMS to find opportunities to improve the building along with new processes.
  • Developed supervisors to empower their leads to allow them the ability to manage their teams through a wider lens. While developing their teams to be ready for the next step when they move on.
  • Used creative solutions with our limited customer WMS system to be able to track productivity and other various data through Power BI's to mimic "The View".
  • Worked with vendors to help with business needs and upgrades, or implementing our Go Green program.
  • Assisting GM by tracking and updating our weekly and monthly business metrics. Managing our sites staffing weekly while looking at looking at long term opportunities. Managing the labor budget weekly, to assure we hit our cost per case goal.
