    • I led three successful Alpha Tau Omega recruitment campaigns at Kennesaw State University, Lander University, and The University of Texas at Tyler
    • At each university I gained a bid from University officials to start a new chapter on campus. I started a campaign from the ground up to market, recruit, organize, present, and establish a new fraternity organization on camps. I doing so, I surpassed member recruitment quotas by leadership.
    • The process involved conducting many in-person meetings, zoom calls, and conference presentations to a variety of higher education audiences.
