• Be available to the client (answering any and all emails or calls as soon as possible)
• Create files for each possible prospect both client and vessel ( i have created approximately 50+)
• Understand market prices for relevant vessel/s
• Arrive on time and appropriately dressed to all Sea trials. (Sea trial - Conducting an open water test on all vessel systems)
• Understand simple yacht brokerage contracts (closed contract/ open contract, purchase agreements, etc)
• Always be prepared, with files and knowledge of the vessel/s
• Communicate properly with other brokers to reach a desired outcome

• Setting up the work space / cleaning the work space
• Responsibly handle expensive equipment daily
• Electronics / Electrical wiring Service / installation
• Hydraulic Equipment Service / Installation
• Refrigerator - Freezer Service / Installation
• Engine - Transmission Service (including oil changes)
• Plumbing Service / Installation
• Generator Service / Installation
• Job site changes throughout the day making me responsible for getting around town, punctually and without wasting time.
• Problem Solving skills are important when working in this industry, problems are not always straight forward.
• Creating solutions to problems that present themselves in the moment.
• Becoming very familiar with mechanical tools
• Be able to communicate with the client should they be there.
