At QuickChek, the primary objectives of the Night Manager are to guarantee the seamless running of the midnight shift, finish allotted responsibilities, and exhibit Total Customer Dedication (TCD). While the store manager is away, the night manager encourages and facilitates the productivity of other team members. Night Managers are in charge of making sure that QuickChek is always a great place to work and shop, as well as for the safety of team members and customers. As the Manager-in-Charge, the person bears the responsibility of upholding store standards, making sure that all safety and operational protocols are followed, and setting an excellent example for Team Members and customers by modeling a positive retail culture. Assigning responsibilities, remaining current on rules and procedures, and adhering to the correct protocols for food preparation, vendor check-in, loss prevention, cash handling, timekeeping, payroll, and sanitation are all necessary skills for night managers to possess.
