  • Oversees the operations within the Training Department and ensures smooth operation of the second largest Military Treatment Facility in the world. This site provides sustainment training and support to over 8,000 end users within Naval Medical Center San Diego, outlying branch clinics, and operational units within. As the main hub, we collaborate support for other MTFs within the region and serve as the example to emulate. Type of instruction provided includes, in class, over the shoulder, 1:1, and virtual.
  • Conducts clinical rounding to follow-up with end users and leadership, maintaining a rapport with our clients and showing our availability to them and presence.
  • Facilitates weekly training to ensure all instructors keep up to date with software updates, protocol changes as well as instructional and professionalism skills.
