• Directly responsible for ensuring that all floors and restrooms and all assigned areas are sanitized, cleaned and maintained to cleaning specifications in a timely manner.
• Responsible for End of Day Shift Reports.
• Proficient in creating schedules, breaks and required days off for supervised staff.
• Train new hires as well as , existing staff to ensure all duties and task are done effectively to meet the cleaning standards along with safety needs.

• Address and resolve all inquiries and complaints with timeliness and professionalism.
• Delegate tasks to employees to enhance productivity and work flow.
• Support and remedial action required to resolve and prevent discrepancies.
• Ability to work off ladders and step stools.
• Ability to work from height and walk distances.
• Experienced in using power and hand tools.

Perform duties involved in controlling,

updating, sorting, operated lift truck various gasoline and / or electric powered truck.
