  • Date of Performance Review Janurary 24,2024 Overall Employee Rating Exceeds Expectations
Employee surpassed performance expectations and goals, demonstrated unique understanding of work well beyond job requirements. Margie is a dedicated and adaptable team member who consistently shines throughout the year. She works well with both her team and colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment. Her efforts to ensure her team functions cohesively have had a positive impact, and her team knows they can rely on her for support with any challenges. Margie has also built strong working relationships with the Provider and clinical teams at the North Dodge clinic. With her approachable demeanor, she has become a key resource for both staff and providers, helping the team run smoothly and efficiently from a front-line perspective. This past summer, Margie covered as the CSS for the Cedar Rapids clinics while her teammate was on maternity leave. Managing a clinic with multiple service lines, locations, and staff allowed her to gain valuable experience and expand her knowledge. She handled her responsibilities with ease and wasn't afraid to reach out when she had questions. Additionally, when the Neurology Department was introduced to the North Dodge location this year, Margie and her team quickly adapted to this new service line. She guided them through the learning process, and they're now successfully scheduling and checking in/out for these Departments.
  • 2 Spot Awards given to me in 2024 in my current CSS role. One from my direct supervisor Amanda Kahl and another from Our Clinic Assistant Nurse Manger Erin Steffen.

I’m happy to announce that you are receiving a Spot Award! Take home amount $150 which will paid as a separate check during the next regular monthly pay cycle 😊.

Margie Lopez:

While the Cedar Rapids CSS was on maternity leave/FMLA for several months, Margie took on additional responsibilities at the Cedar Rapids clinic. She managed tasks such as staffing schedules, approving VAC requests, and monitoring provider template requests, all while continuing her regular duties at the North Dodge Pediatrics clinic. Her support and presence in Cedar Rapids were greatly valued by both me and the Cedar Rapids team. Margie truly exemplifies a team player!

Thank you,

Amanda Kahl
