Our clients will randomly be selected monthly to come to the bank and rate their experience with me. I like to treat everyone that I come in contact with, the way that I would like to be treated. I remember their names fairly quickly. I greet them with a smile on my face. Ask them about their day. Before I am finished with their transaction with me, I ask them if their is anything else I can help them with? If they have any questions or concerns, I take care of it for them personally. By doing this I receive alot of perfect 10 surveys! Which I am very happy about. I even mentioned to my manager that we should be able to accumulate points to go towards buying our new apparel with the bank logo, because currently we do not get any incentives for receiving great surveys.
